Hi I would like a refund for my annual fee of $170 I was planning on canceling my membership before the due date but forgot then noticed I was charged on 5/26/25 I was going to cancel my membership after seeing it. It said it will not charge me till next year 2026 if cancelled but I was looking for a refund selection. can you help me or guide me for a refund please is that possible? if so what are the steps.
