I need guidance ninjas. I'm a 28 y/o dude that works as a merchant mariner. I bring in 6 figures. I got my girl pregnant, but she's not the problem. I just want to maximize my bread into the millions (become a ship owner and change the seas). I want to move (my girl & kid) to houston or florida to start. real estate and investing are the only ideas i have rn. I'm back 😉! Hope you didn't miss me too much. Just wanted to remind y'all to make it to the gym. I'm at the gym writing this in between breaks while weight lifting. At first whenever Myron and Tate would mention how important the gym was I had a good list of excuses. However now I realize that going to the gym
a) increases your health
b) increases your status
c) is easier to do than getting rich (but still moves you in the direction of riches)
My biggest piece of advice would be don't overdo it. Don't overwork your body, and push it barely past it's current limits (walk along the razortips). Keep pushing it a little bit more every time. Train like Goku, not like Vegeta.
