It’s almost been one month since I first started to push 1,170 pounds so today I’ve devoted to add an extra 50 pounds and I PRed 1,220. This is what 7 years of the gym does for you!!! I’m 5ft2 and weigh 136 pounds. I do leg press the most because I like to maintain I sprinter physique instead of having a strongman built. The first picture was my PR today and the second picture is the PR prior from almost last month !!!
