Anyone in here has experience renting out venues in their city, Looking to do that but need funding. Venue wants 50% of rental rate upfront and insurance. Already tried to get business line of credit with bank got denied. got 56k total on business credit (2 chase and 2 amex) filled out a app with SBA for loan waiting to hear back.
